  Habitual issues in the produce section, ESPECIALLY with the Bolthouse drinks. Typically, most of these drinks on the shelf are expired so I've given up with purchasing them at this location. Be very careful to check the expiration date if you're getting one of these drinks from this Giant in particular. What is this white powder in this chicken salad and why is the lettuce all brown and red? It doesn't expire till June 2, but I would also check expiration dates because those are often surpassed and bad food and drinks are often left on the shelves. I went back to the store and they let me get another salad. However, I got a spinach Dijon one because every single chicken ceasar salad had brown/red lettuce, mystery white powder (a crapton of added MSG? Cocaine? Who knows, I've never seen it in the salads for the past five years I've been going to this Giant for lunch until today), and generally looked like it had gone bad a week ago even though the expiration date isn't for another week. I'm a little bummed because the chicken ceasar one was perfect for the amount of protein I need, but because of this Giant, I will now lack that nutrient I need to sustain my highly active lifestyle. The spinach salad is fine but is a lot less protein. I would highly encourage the staff to pull ALL of these salads with disgusting, old lettuce and mystery white powder from the shelves. The lettuce was worse than what this picture shows. And if they don't want to pull it because of revenue loss, I would ask... would you want to eat this? Would you want to eat brown and red lettuce and mystery powder?

  Getting tired of Giant Direct pickers pawning off expired or expiring items on me. Last time it was expired buttermilk. Yesterday when I got home I noticed the three gallons of milk I ordered all had the pickup labels over the expiration dates. Upon removing the labels I realized why. One gallon had an expiration date of yesterday and another an expiration date of tomorrow. The other problem is if I return the items on my way to work the next morning, as I did with the buttermilk, I'm stuck running around the store to get the replacement and I'm rudely told customer service doesn't open until 9am. Why? If the store is open customer service should be open.
