Currently sitting here in drive through been waiting a while and the line for drive through is insanely dangerous because people are in the middle of the roads right now waiting and I am sitting here and havent received service at all. Don't waste your time go somewhere else. They are also doing renovations the other day when i went in while dining room is open which is a severe health violation as someone who works in food, they were fixing the lights multiple dead bugs came down and dust like dude, and the manager stood there like an idiot while people waited for help. If I could rate 0 I would
Hope you're not in a hurry..., and I can't say for sure, but I would think that repairing light fixtures and minor renovations in the dining area and around the food counter should probably be done when the dining room isn't full of customers or when dining room is closed 🤷, maybe a health violation?
Went here for just a single, non dairy dilly bar at the drive thru tonight. Got up to the window, the Indian man at the window was holding a regular dilly bar, I asked again, for a NON dairy dilly bar. He goes back to find the right one, comes back, takes my payment, gives me the ice cream, then slams the window shut. No thank you, no receipt, no friendliness or great customer service at all.
I decided to have myself a treat after a long day.Through the drive thru I went!I ordered what I normally get,a Royal NY Cheesecake blizzard. So,when I get to the window ,the lady presented me with my order, but it was a totally different color(chocolate).I questioned her about this, she said that I ordered a NEW YORK ROYAL TWIST.I had no clue that was even a thing! Finally, she went to replace it,but with somewhat of an attitude. Obviously there was a communication issue here between us.3 minutes later ,she returns with the "new" blizzard which was suppose to be my original order. This time, the coloring was just slightly lighter than the 1st order. Is the customer ALWAYS right? No.I f the customer is merely trying to relay to you,in a respectful matter what the issue is,why wouldn't Dairy Queen want to make it right?I understand that it is another step to redo the blizzard or even if they didn't want to waste it ,but it got wasted anyway because it didnt look like it's suppose to look.(color),so I trashed it.I am allergic to coco powder .,so because that alone could have been a hospital visit ,along with how the window person handled this,1 star.BTW ,I actually apologized in the end for the confusion,as the person still was insisting that I ordered chocolate.I will go to the camp hill store next time.

Great experience at Dairy Queen! The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, including the dining area and restrooms. Service was quick, and our order was prepared accurately. The food was great—fresh, tasty, and served at the right temperature. The team’s positive attitude and attention to cleanliness really stood out. We'll definitely be back!Great experience at Dairy Queen!
