Store gives table service by default which is actually inconvenient because there aren't enough people working quickly enough to do it. I spent over ten minutes waiting after I ordered and all I got was a large fry for counter pickup. It popped up as ready on the screen almost immediately but no one bothered to bring it up to the counter. Wasn't cold by the time I got it but wasn't hot anymore either.

It's hard to explain but when I walked in I felt like I was home- like a scene from cheers, where everybody knew my name. What a magnificent experience! The staff was truly extraordinary and the interior of the restaurant was spotless and even smelled clean. Can't wait to be back in town to say hello to my new favorite McDonald's team. Keep it up, folks!

Straw container was empty. I asked for a straw and the employee did not offer any help. It was as if I was an annoyance to her texting.
