  As a general rule, this sonic is an amazing place to get food from. The staff have always been very friendly, and very helpful and I’ve always made anything They had into a drink for me even though sometimes the small of charge was charged. I didn’t mind paying it. Tonight after working a long shift I decided to stop by my local sonic to get one of my favorite drinks. It’s an Arnold Palmer so it’s half iced tea, half frozen lemonade. The girl at the window flat out refused to make it for me. She said she was not going to because she did not have a button to ring it in. I said to her” you can charge me extra “and she said “we’re not allowed to do that. I’m not allowed to make the drink for you because I don’t have a button for it and I’ll get in trouble. “So I asked her if I could please speak with her manager. To which she told me, “I am the manager “To which I replied, “then you should be able to figure out a way to ring in a drink, shouldn’t you”? I said to her, “I order these drinks almost every single day , And you’re the first person who has told me that they cannot ring in this drink for me”. So what she said Well, I don’t know who’s doing it but she’s going to get in trouble. So I told her I was no longer interested in any of the items I was purchasing. And I went home without my Arnold Palmer, or any of the other things I was going to purchase for my family. I really think someone at Sonic should look into retraining your night manager. I have no idea what her name is as she wouldn’t give it to me, she has red hair, and a nasty attitude, As well as an unwillingness to try to even be in the slightest way, helpful to the customer. I will be voicing this concern the next time I am at the sonic during the morning hours as well. So Just as an FYI, if you need a late night snack or drink, don’t Go to sonic. They won’t have what you need, or if they have it, they won’t give it to you, Even if you offer to pay extra.

  We arrived at 10:06am, yes VERY close to opening time…however OPENING TIME is 10am. The store should be open and ready to produce orders AT 10am. The drive through was closed, the door padlock was still on and not a single car was visible nor was there an employee even at the store getting it ready to open or anything. Every other fast food I have ever been to, even ones that open at 5am are READY by opening time. Disappointing.

  Inconsistencies in operation times. Opens late and closes early. Partially frozen food sometimes. Has gone downhill over recent years

  This place is a joke. The fries tasted like tge grease in the fryer hasn't been changed and they can't even get hot dogs right. Apparently they don't read the mobile orders because they put everything on the hot dogs that wasn't ordered. Then they put the hot dogs in the bag upside down. They weren't busy so they can't use that as an excuse.
