  Ridiculous wait for 4 drinks. (20 minutes) Used my app ... no signs telling you it's drive thru only - until they rudely tell you. Very disappointed!!! If I hadn't already paid in the app, I would have left. I can respect being short-staffed but there should be signs telling you that it's drive-thru only.

  Food was Bland, service lacking and the place charges for water never in my life have I ever been charged for water in a cup it wasn't bottled water but a regular cup not sure why they would be petty enough to charge for it. The beef hotdog was greasy.

  I used to love sonic, but after this experience I won't be going back. I pulled up to the window and waited for someone to greet me, but nobody did. So I pulled around to the drive up spots and pushed the button to order. I was told that the store didn't have enough employees to work the parking spots, and to pull up to the drive through order. Which I had already done. So now I pulled back around and ordered. I asked for 2 of the new smash burger meals, one with tots and one with fries. I got 2 regular burgers, and the driest, hardest tater tots I have even tried to eat. The burgers literally only had cheese on them. I wanted the smash burger, which was nothing like what I recieved. I live 35 minutes away from sonic, so turning back was not an option. I took 2 bites of my burger and tried to eat some tots before I threw it all away. A waste of my time and my money. Truly disappointed. My girlfriend also threw her food out, because it wasnt good.

  Shout out to the crew working on 3/15/26 around 4:15pm. Yall absolutely rocked the cherry/vanilla Coke I ordered. Brilliant work! Literally the fix I needed to top of off a busy week and slow weekend✊🏼💯
