  I ordered an oat milk latte because I am sensitive to dairy and was given a latte with regular 2% milk. The sticker on the cup said oat milk, so I didn't realize until we had left the store, but I could tell from the taste and the stomachache it gave me that it was cow's milk. On top of that, the latte was all milk and ice. I couldnt even taste the espresso. The employee working the cash register was friendly, but whoever made my drink clearly wasn't paying attention or was just being lazy. I wouldn't recommend coming here. I paid $5 for a coffee I couldn't even drink.

  This Dunkin is amazing. The donuts are always really good and the staff is friendly. Management is delightful and the experience was awesome. Thank you

  I did mobile order and waited in the mobile order line for over 6 minutes waiting for someone to hand me my drink. The 3 cars that were in line when I pulled up got there order and left. I was still waiting and then 2 more cars came and left. I was still waiting by then there were 4 cars behind me in the mobile line so I didn't want to get out of line. When someone finally came she tried to give me someone else's order. I told her that is not my order. I've been waiting 6 minutes and 5 cars have already ordered and got their food. She was rude and said we are busy and I don't know what to tell you. No sorry just plain rude. I specifically ordered mobile because I was on the way to work. Unfortunately this is the second time this has happened at this location. The first time I didn't complain or call to speak to a manager. I did call to speak to the manager and she dismissed me. She was nice and said I'm sorry that happened. She said what do I want her to do for me? At that response I just said I will not be back and said have a nice day.

  I came around 4:30 and they didn’t have any munchkins left… I ordered a medium Carmel iced coffee and it tasted like it wasn’t made right

  Service was great, Madison was awesome. Mobile app order lane...a joke and potentially dangerous to ones vehicle & individuals. Having to pull beyond service window, then back up, then forward (have watched this multiple times & if you have a van, forget it, *ask me how I know 🙄*) OR expect employees to hang out window (OJI anyone?) to pass order OR having to open your own vehicle door & get out to grab order. Definitely frustrating. So no more mobile lane, original lane it shall be.
