- BRBlake RezabekMay 6, 20261.0I got second degree burns and scarring because of an unsecured/faulty lid at the drive through. They offered almost no apology, harassed me and my wife about the incident and then offered $250 as settlement. Not only did the coffee burn me it also damaged my property/vehicle by spilling and staining my interior.

He took the .20 cents and threw it in the tip jar and gave me back $10.80. Not sure why he did what he did but even though it's only 0.20 cents he still stole it. Not a fan of that. Plus who wants all that charge hence the reason why I gave him .20 cents

She is always so nice and I ordered an iced coffee and since they were brewing some she offered me a cold brew free of charge so I didn’t have to wait a while or hold up the line. With how busy they get I always see positive attitudes! Keep it up y’all are amazing!
