- SGShari GraffJul 14, 20263.0I placed a mobile order at 7:41am. I realize this is a busy time of day. When I arrived, I walked in with a person who stopped to place an order at the kiosk. Two people were at the counter placing their order. My mobile order was on the counter at the mobile pickup where I patiently waited for my order. A girl stood in front of me spinning in her spot, not making eye contact with me. She walked in front of me several times empty handed. There was a gentleman there walked from the back to the front of the store several times. He did make eye contact with me. The lady who placed her order by kiosk picked up her order at mobile pick up and left. The person placing that kiosk order in the mobile pickup had not acknowledged me. Had not asked me if I was there for the order on the counter. The people at the counter received their order and left. I am still standing at the mobile pickup area and yes the box on the counter was my order. When visiting this store you may want to consider ordering at the kiosk or counter. Using the mobile app does not save the customer time. The store was clean, doughnuts were fresh. Customer service needs improvement.

Whether working the counter or the drive-thru, he appears uninterested in helping customers, often sitting on his phone and responding with attitude whenever questions are asked or items are added to an order. His behavior comes across as unprofessional, dismissive, and completely inappropriate for someone working in food service. After several negative experiences with this employee, it has become clear that this is not an isolated incident but an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed.

They offered almost no apology, harassed me and my wife about the incident and then offered $250 as settlement. Not only did the coffee burn me it also damaged my property/vehicle by spilling and staining my interior.
