  At a track meet at Elizabethtown College and placed a doordash order. First order was missing 4 drinks. Reordered those drinks. Second order was still missing one drink.

  First time here. I was told $4.76 when I got to the window she said $6.35. I'm not sure what changed about my order in 30 seconds. I even mentioned the original price I was given and was just looked at. My "iced Chai latte" had very minimal chai flavor.. as of they were at the bottom of the bottle and didn't feel like getting a new one. First time here and also the last.

  Ive been coming here for quite a while. This dunkin has a new manager. I've heard the manager on multiple occasions speak poorly to employees and customers he needs to do better before he loses all of his employees! I've seen him stand there and yell continuously at his staff doing their best while they are very busy instead of helping them. Its atrocious how he acts. I will not be back unless there is a new manager I hope this dunkin makes a come back

  The manager pulled the " corporate won't let me" they won't let you what ? Take care of the customer. They lost my business I liked the old manager she was very professional and easy to work with. If he stays I guarantee they will lose more business the guy at the counter very pleasant and said it was ridiculous what he was saying. Do better for your customers!
