  I recently visited Wingstop and had a very disappointing experience from start to finish. When we arrived, we stood waiting to place our order while employees appeared more focused on having a personal conversation than helping customers. We were ignored for several minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Once we received our food, the bags were extremely greasy and covered in oil. Unfortunately, the biggest issue came after we got home. One of the wings my wife bit into was visibly undercooked and bloody near the bone. I’ve attached photos because this is a serious food safety concern and completely unacceptable when serving chicken. In addition, my son’s wings were almost flavorless because most of the seasoning and sauce had pooled into the bottom of the bag instead of staying on the food itself. I understand restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for poor customer service, careless food preparation, and serving undercooked chicken. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both employee professionalism and kitchen quality control before someone gets sick.

  Such great people working here, so attentive, and kind. They were super busy at my time coming in but the food was out of this world and wings crispy and oh my goodness the corn!?!

  So not only were my well done or extra cooked wings no extra cooked, but some were pink in the middle. They were like rubber. The fact that I had to put them into my air fryer to make them even slightly decent/ cooked all the way is actually a little insane, especially for how much I spent tonight. No way I just bought half cooked wings for 60 damn bucks. I wasn’t so surprised as to why my food got to me so fast until I realized what “food” I actually got.

  I called in my order and asked that it be crispy. It was barely done. I had to come home and put it in the oven to cook it properly. This is the second time I got chicken where the skin was too slimy. Also they were in the back talking. I saw no one cooking food for at least 15 minutes. One girl had long braids and did not have on a cap. That’s unsanitary in a restaurant. Her hair should have been up at the very least. When they first opened the food was always cooked perfectly. I don’t know what happened. I think the later crew does a better job. I don’t mind the wait time of there are a lot of orders in front of me but today there weren’t that many orders and it still took an hour after I was told 15 minutes
