  I come here every morning to get my coffee and I always get this lady Shelly. She's so nice and sweet. I love coming here!

  Honestly have always preferred McDonald’s food over all fast foods generally speaking. Until I moved to Edwardsville and came …well damn, I can’t honestly say that I came “in contact with” anyone because except on rare occasions- there’s literally not a single soul available to the customers in the lobby area. (Although I WILL say that when the one kid is on, he’s on point. It is BECAUSE of him that I felt generous enough to give a two star review as opposed to the one star review originally started off with.) I once waited awhile for a worker to come out, just so I may ask for a cup of water. The worker disappeared && and I assume she was sucked into a vortex never to be seen again. After waiting over five minutes, I got tired of waiting and headed over to the King of customer service. For WATER. That’s literally just one example out of a handful of others. I understand that app orders need to be filled, and that drive-thru is priority … but the ones that are in it’s (miserable) atmosphere are still waiting for their order a significant amount of time later…and I say “miserable” only because that’s the vibe I get from like 99.9% of the workers. They all look so gloomy and in need of a good therapist. They’re not outwardly rude, but the blank stares I’ve witnessed them give to all customers speaks volumes. So sad to watch.
