  UPDATE: After posting this review, I received a call from the manager, Mary, who apologized for the situation I posted about. She told me that the situation with the employee had been resolved and she wanted to reach out to all the customers that were in the store during the situation. She asked if I would give them another try and offered that my next order would be complementary. I told her I would consider doing that. What impressed me was not the free food but the fact that Mary wanted to make things right by attempting to contact all the customers affected. When I went back to take advantage of the complementary food, I was able to meet Mary and she was very genuine and happy that I was willing to give them another chance. --------- I ordered a pizza online and when I went to pick it up, I had to wait (not a problem). While I am waiting along with another customer, one of the employees goes off on a rant about no help and started cussing and dropping the F-bomb. Then a customer came in and started screaming that he wanted to talk to a manager and was told there was no manager working. He went ballistic. He started cussing and F-bombing everyone. Apparently someone hung up on his wife who called to complain about their order that was wrong. The disgruntled employee apparently was responsible for that. It got a little hostile for a moment. 1) You need to improve your staffing. 2) You need to talk to your employees about there language when the customers are within earshot. 3) You need to get a manager 4) You need to address the poor customer service. With that, I won't be back.

  Ordered 20 Extra large 16” pizzas on the App saved Over $200 with the 50% off deal called in and asked to have it ready manager was extremely friendly and helpful!! stopped in the pizzas were hot and ready everyone loved the pizza!!! They were amazing Thank you Mary!!

  First of all the order took longer than it should have. Cashier was super rude over split payment with $30 and another $7.05 on card. Asked if it can’t all be paid the same payment?? Ordered 2 pizzas tastes extremely doughy and were cut sloppy. Ordered Italian sandwich did not get dressing and it was missing banana peppers and they put mushrooms on it which I hate. All around bad

  When I asked if they delivered where I lived they hung up on me not once not twice not three times but four dam times I will never go to that store ever in my life screw Domino's all I wanted was a damn pizza......
