- SMSteven MMay 13, 20261.0If I could give a lower rating I would. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! This hands down is WORST fast food chain location. Food is lukewarm, poorly prepared and employees are impolite, discourteous, disrespectful, and ill-mannered to work in customer service. Went inside to pick up the rest of my order, 2 employees making rude remarks about my order and other customers in the drive through. One walked back in stating "Can't fix Stupid". Continued to make harassing remarks.Why these individuals and manager have not been replaced or reprimanded for their actions is questionable, including about who their district manager is. AVOID buying at this location in person, drive thru, and mobile order. Because they will not care about you or the food being prepared, will lead to a laws suite one day with food poisoning. This is a warning to other customers, I deeply suggest ordering at a different location.
- DSDon StametsMay 13, 20261.0Recently visited this store using the drive thru service. When I received this order, I pulled around into the parking lot to eat my diner. When I bit into the first Taco, a long string of slime came from the Taco to the piece I bit off in my mouth. I spit out what I had bit off into a napkin and looked inside the Taco and found that whoever made this Taco spit into the Taco. I immediately went into the store and showed the manager the spit in the taco and he said we don't spit in the food. Totally brushes off my disgusting complaint. He would not even show any concern for this disgusting situation. I elevated my complaint to the corporate office and was told this was a serious matter and would elevate my complaint to senior management. Was also told someone would contact me within 7 days. The call NEVER came, instead they sent me a free Taco coupon. DO NOT EAT AT THIS TACO BELL.
