Probably the worst McDonalds ever 😭 Every single order takes them 20 mins somewhat.. By far the most incompetent staff and idiotic wait times for fast food in the area.. Highly recommend avoiding at all costs unless you wanna waste 2 hours for a basic order.

Every time I go there I’m waiting almost 10 min in the drive thru and I only ever get two items.even when it’s not even busy. It’s getting worse since it reopened. A new building doesn’t make the service better…

Decided to get a quick lunch here as I had some business in the area. I was a dine in customer for this particular visit. Did not appreciate the fact that I was automatically directed to the kiosks instead of talking to a cashier. When I did get the attention of a cashier they tried to direct me back to the kiosks to order as they were prioritizing delivery and drive thru orders. I asked to have them take my order as I have a customization that cannot be added through the kiosk. I was then accommodated which I very much appreciated. I ordered a cheeseburger meal with sweet tea. To be clear the cashier was very polite and was just doing their job as instructed so any issues I have with the company has nothing to do with this cashier. I got my food and ate it. It was good apart from the sweet tea which tasted like it had been sitting for awhile or it was mixed with something else. Unsure if McDonalds still makes their own or if they use premade teas now. I did not finish the tea. When I was done with my meal I went to go to the bathroom as one does. Went to the women’s restroom and there was no paper in either of the stalls(as well as one of the stalls’ toilets being clogged and gross). When I went to ask the cashier about getting more toilet paper they went and checked with the general manager. The response I got back indicated that the general manager knew that there wasn’t toilet paper in the stalls or in the entirety of the restaurant for that matter. For how long I am not sure but the response the cashier was passing along also indicated that it was not a priority for the general manager to fix as they were in the middle of a rush. I very much understand the rush as I used to work at a McDonalds myself and we were always busy. However the difference here is that my management took care of those issues promptly, even sending people to a grocery store if necessary. I understand that McDonalds is now prioritizing their delivery and drive thru customers but that does not mean you should neglect the rest of the restaurant or the customers who wish to dine in. If that’s not something you want to worry about then make it a drive thru only restaurant, then problem solved. I do also believe legally you are in fact required to have serviceable restrooms if you are open to the public for business. Further if you are unable to spare one team member to rectify the situation either because you are short staffed or don’t trust your employees then that is a problem that needs to be handled. There is no reason that customers should not be able to hygienically use their facilities. TLDR: no toilet paper in women’s restroom with no immediate plans to rectify the issue due to concentrating on delivery and drive thru orders.

Was just there and will NOT be going back waited over a half hour for my order for me my wife and my daughter and my burger was supposed to have extra cheese that I paid extra for and extra pickle and had none of what I ordered on it (see pics) and it looked like someone ran it thru a grinder and it was soooo greasy my 2 medium fries were barely half full and cold and to top it off my daughter's happy meal was missing a fry and her toy after having to leave an over packed drive thru to go inside for my order and the inside was filthy woth trash all over the lobby floors with dozens of wild kids running in and out of the place definitely happy at all with the freshly new built McDonald's ran by a bunch of kids
