great shoppers. Nice the program is free. Just pull up and they bring the order to you. They also assist putting packages in car. Staff wouldn't accept a tip.

Very frustrating experience at Giant today. First, I waited 10–15 minutes for someone to come help me get baby formula while the employee was busy opening the register. When she finally came over, she had an attitude and made me feel like I was bothering her. Then there’s the inconsistency with the rules in the beer section. My temporary DMV license paperwork has been accepted there multiple times over the past two weeks, but today it suddenly wasn’t. If there are rules about what can be accepted, they need to be applied consistently instead of depending on which employee you get. To make matters worse, only ONE register was open with an extremely long line, while the self-checkout employees were rude and unhelpful. There was absolutely no sense of urgency or concern for the customers waiting. Today was frustrating from beginning to end.

They had a deal of buy 2 get 2 of soda and it said it expires on 9/17/2026. But they wouldn't let me use it. So be careful just cuz the stuff saying is a sale or deal they might be lieing
