  This location is closed. While they claim "temporarily", it is not expected to reopen for months. In a mall, and with a stand alone location just minutes away, it's unlikely to reopen at all.

  Wednesday 5/20 2:30 pm one woman working at mock tortoise speed. No gloves. Three ppl ahead of us give up and leave. We order sundaes, no gloves. She sneezes doesn’t wash her hands still no gloves. I ask if there are gloves available for her she said yes but it’s not necessary because she’s not touching the ice cream. I asked if there’s Serve Safe in PA I got deer in headlights. I’m know I’m wrong she said but I clean everything here. I explained that I am a Serve Safe Certified professional and she’s very wrong and needs to wash her hands and put gloves on especially after counting out money. She got very defensive threw my money at me and I the sundae at her. This location should be shut down if they can’t properly train an employee especially in regard to food borne illness. What is wrong with you Dairy Queen/ Orange Julius?!! The Health Department needs to get involved in the matter. Easton PA can do better.

  I have been to this Dairy Queen twice is the last 6 months. Each time, I got a vanilla cone. First time, the ice cream was beige and icy. The second time, the ice cream was the same way. I asked the girl working there if they changed anything and she said”I don’t know!” I am very disappointed and unless they can guarantee a delicious treat, I won’t be back. Please look into this!

  1/3/26: went in there at 7:30 with my wife and little cousin. 2 people working in there, male and female. No greeting. The female came from the back when we were ready to order the female said, “you see I should have closed the gate at 7:30.” I ended up leaving and felt disgusted by her attitude. Didn’t order anything. Nasty attitude and felt disrespected as a customer. If they were open until 7:30pm why not close the gate and provide the illusion to the customer as if you are still open. I am not from here but it just seems like the workers just don’t care.
