Horrible experience. They say they open at 10am but at 11:15am there was still no food ready. Customers were on line asking when food will be ready and the employees completely ignored all of us. People just started walking out. Absolutely no excuse for that. I don't mind waiting for food to finish cooking if I'm showing up at open, but thats an 1hr 15 minutes past when they let customers in and exactly 0 people were served. Disgraceful. The food here is generally good, but this experience made me never go back.

I got 3 steak tacos delivered. When I open it up they were all over the place. It was a pile of mush. When I started eating it I noticed the steak literally red and purple. This is disgusting and they should not be serving food like this. I understand meat can be red or pink inside but this is a whole other level of disgusting. Never getting food from here ever again. Not to mention I paid almost 20$.

This is like the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too lol every-time I go the wait is SO long, there is always plenty of staff but for some reason it just takes forever. 75% of time they run out of essential foods like steak, white rice or beans. It’s ridiculous. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to order to find out they don’t even have what you want. Today they at least had all the food options but my bowl was tasteless. Idk what happened. If it was not seasoned or maybe they ran out of reasoning but it is probably the worst tasting chipotle meal I’ve had. Zero flavor.

Kind service at noon on a Monday. Quick, easy and kind employees that took my order and rung my order up. They were out of a bit of food, but I get simple things and was lucky. For an afternoon though they could have had a rush or something. Very kind.

I went around 1:45pm on Sunday 6/14. It appeared as though they were possibly training a few employees, which is no problem. There were two very nice young men taking mine and my friend’s order. I would assume the female manager who was further behind the counter kept interjecting and correcting them in such a condescending tone that my friend and I both felt uncomfortable and bad for the training employees. Mind you, every other employee there was pleasant and very kind. The two young men made my bowl excellent and did a fine job, in my opinion. I completely understand that when training, you HAVE to correct people and quite literally train them on how to perform their job properly, however, her tone was very condescending and she was passive aggressive. I felt bad for the two boys when I saw her rolling her eyes behind their backs, yelling in the front giving “final warnings,” and more. The one boy yelled back that they had only half of the brown rice left (as he was told to do) and she gave him crap for not turning around to say it. “Don’t yell it facing the customers!! They’re not the ones cooking their food!!” Even though she heard him loud and clear anyway… I recognize that there’s more happening than all I see during my 5-10 minute period in the store, but I shouldn’t have heard her yelling at them multiple different times just while I was up there trying to order my bowl. I truly felt bad for these kids by the time I was leaving. My friend and I both work a retail job and have both been trained by a supportive & encouraging manager who corrects us politely and doesn’t talk down to us. This experience made us appreciate him more to say the least. Her leadership style was very much “if you make them feel stupid enough about their mistakes, maybe they’ll stop doing it.” At the point of checkout, an older man was ringing me up. I asked him if I could have a side of vinaigrette and I misheard his response, so I said “did you say you’re out of it? I couldn’t hear you.” And the manager interjected from across the back and yelled “we CANNOT BE TELLING CUSTOMERS WE ARE OUT OF STUFF THAT WE’RE NOT!” With an extremely rude tone… I responded back to her that I simply misheard him and that he didn’t even say that. I feel bad that he got scolded for something that was my fault, I literally just misheard him. That all being said, I am not surprised that this location struggles with staffing considering this is the way they are treated while being “trained.” My friend and I opted for sitting outside on a hot windy day because we didn’t even want to hear more of it while trying to enjoy our food. I very rarely leave reviews but I felt compelled to today.
