- PLPaula Lopez4 days ago3.0Normally I enjoy eating here and don’t mind waiting but with no tables available it’s like finding a needle in a haystack. You’ll be lucky to find one. Unfortunately I was alone and happen to find one table, it was a 4 seater though. I sat down and waited for my food as I was starting to feel sick due to this heat. My food arrived and I began to eat to prevent myself from getting sicker. All of a sudden one of the employees came up to me and asked if I was alone. I stated yes as again I was sitting at a 4 top which I didn’t mind sharing with other people. She then proceeds to say I am wasting space and that there are tables that will sit 1-2 people. I told her I was looking to get one but they are all full. She proceeds to say she will go and find me one. I understand using the space would be beneficial for a larger party but when there is no seating it’s first come first serve. I really did not appreciate how she came up and just said about wasting space. I told a manager this to bring awareness about this because something like that is very harmful to the wrong person.

I got stuck behind the drive thru line trying to leave after getting my food. They also took away Curbside completely, which is also a major no-no. I was really hoping the remodel would right the ship, but I was wrong. Maybe they'll get it together, but I'll never know. I've had enough issues the last few times I went I just don't want to go back.

We went today on the day of their grand reopening after they had been closed for remodeling for quite some time, so needless to say the place was a mob scene, especially at the drive thru. But major props to the managers who were outside directing traffic in and out of the drive thru, and to all the workers who were moving as fast as they possibly could to keep up with the massive amount of orders. You all should be applauded! Thanks for the great experience and for all your smiling faces during the orderly chaos.

I understand they may still be adjusting after reopening, but it seemed like the location was not fully prepared for the heavy customer traffic. The experience was disappointing compared to other Chick-fil-A locations, especially the Phillipsburg, NJ location, which consistently provides better food quality and service. I hope things improve as the staff settles back into their routine.
