Tonight I went to a wine dinner for the first time, as well as this location for the first time, and can't describe it as any better than a 2-star experience.
The first red flag was upon arrival with my friend (who had been to at least 3 of these at this location and raved about how great the wine dinners were), they had lost our reservation that was called in last month. Ok fine, mistakes happen, and they had at least one spare table set up.
We sat down and the first round of wine was already poured... this was odd, but not inherently bad. There was bread and seasoned olive oil at the table, and an odd assortment of silverware of 3 forks, 1 knife, and 1 spoon per person. Just an observation. No one greeted us or explained how things worked, and our first contact with waitstaff was when we were brought out arancini. The arancini was excellent, perfectly fried with perfect proportions of ingredients. The wine was mediocre (though the other 3 were excellent), but not really paired to the food. No worries, it's a $60 tasting menu and not a $260 tasting menu. But to reiterate, the arancini was amazing. The first and only time anyone asked how things were going was when a server stopped by 3/4 of the way through this first course.
The second glass of wine and second plate arrived shortly after finishing the first dish. The second dish was rigatoni poverella; it was delicious and done very nicely. The sauce was a bit on the light side, more would have been better. I thoroughly enjoyed this course, and had the rest of the meal continued as such I would have been very happy. The meal did not continue as such.
The next course was supposed to be a grilled lightly breaded chicken with a mustard vermouth cream sauce and diced tomatoes, and sautéed broccoli on the side. That was... not what was served. It was two pieces of chicken scallopini that were heavily breaded and fried, with so little seasoning that my wrist got sore from grinding enough black pepper to make it edible. There was no sauce and no tomatoes. The broccoli was steamed and not sautéed.
Mind you, at this point the only contact we've had with staff was putting food and wine in front of us, getting asked once and only once how the food was during the first course, one woman handing out extra raffle tickets if you left a good review, and getting asked a few times for boxes to take food home. I counted 3 waitstaff for the whole wine dinner, which seemed extremely understaffed.
The fourth round of wine glasses were slammed on the table, and the dessert dishes were slammed on the table, which is a huge pet peeve of mine. The dessert skidded across the plate from being slammed on the table, and 0 effort was put into presentation. The "semi-frozen Italian chocolate mousse" was just chocolate ice cream, without any chocolate sauce that was supposed to top it, and 3 slices of strawberry. Another disappointment.
The to-go entrees were brought out in a bag, and the server placed the paper bag on the floor, which is utterly disgusting. In no world is it acceptable in a restaurant to place food on the floor. The checks came out, and then my friend and I had one last surprise: the state of the bathrooms. In the men's room, the one open stall had a toilet full of urine and toilet paper, and an overflowing waste paper bin. My friend told me that in the women's room, two stalls had blood on the toilets and one was stuffed with toilet paper and urine.
When we left, no one was at the host stand or had been working the host stand since around 7pm, no one thanked us for coming or asked how it was, just no one seemed to care at all.
Honestly I would've liked to speak to the mismanager of the restaurant, as it's clear that there's more management talent in a 5lb bag of potatoes than in this entire restaurant. First of all, hire or schedule enough staff; second of all, train them! They're failing at the basics here. This could have been a great event. Do better.

I had dinner here on Friday, Sept. 11th, and want to compliment and commend all 3 of the staff that provided service.
Hailey C., (server - table 33); Jenna, (hostess); and the young woman who brought my drink order, (who's name I unfortunately cannot recall); are all customer-focused, diligent, very personable, and extremely professional.
Hailey C. politely answered all of my questions with immediate and accurate responses. She displayed knowledge and experience, in addition to a delightful personality.
I am grateful for this very enjoyable dining experience.
