    First let me say our server Marquese at the 248 location in Easton Pa was the politest, and took time to answer our questions. Was hoping to try the brisket but wasn’t on the menu

    Food was very good. Place was very clean. However, lunchtime they ran a tv for guests so loud that the noise was hard to have a conversation with the party at my table.

    My husband and I ordered 2 double roast beef sandwiches and 6 pc mozzarella sticks from Heidi. Their were no napkins or Arby's sauce at the kiosk, Heidi gave us some mystery crap orange sauce. When we told her that is not Arby's sauce she stated it was. Well I been going to Arby's 20 years + and I know it wasn't. Then she gave us hickoy smoke BBQ sauce. Our meal was ruined. If it ain't right fix it or lose customers. I am not contacting guest services i told you right here what is wrong. Done wasting my time.
