  My partner and I live in Phillipsburg and have been coming to Aman’s off and on for 5 or 6 years. We’ve dined here probably 5 or 6 times. We just had dinner here this evening. Every single time we’ve been here, the food is absolutely delicious, the service is fantastic, and the owner is the kindest most professional person you’ll probably ever meet in your life. Walks around to every single table and asks how everything was, in a genuine professional manner. Tonight’s meal was no exception. Simply amazing across the board. Do not hesitate to enjoy a meal here, I can guarantee it will not disappoint you.

The menu selections appeared to cater primarily to an American palate, potentially disappointing patrons seeking authentic Nepali-Indian spiced cuisine. Furthermore, the quality of the dishes was deemed subpar. Specifically, the garlic naan, ordered as an accompaniment, lacked any discernible garlic flavor and exhibited a dense, firm texture, rather than the expected fluffy and soft consistency. When this issue was brought to the proprietor's attention, the response suggested a likely oversight by the chef regarding the garlic, without an accompanying apology for the omission of a key ingredient. Moreover, the full price for garlic naan was charged despite its deficiency, rather than a proportional adjustment. It is worth noting that the portion sizes were comparatively small relative to the pricing and portion sizes offered by similarly priced establishments. During our dining experience, the proprietor's close proximity to our table was perceived as intrusive and contributed to a feeling of discomfort. We prefer to dine without such close supervision. Finally, the proprietor processed our payment without providing an opportunity to review the bill. Upon requesting a receipt, a 20% service charge, explicitly labeled as "service charge," was identified, which had not been disclosed prior to the transaction. While we are amenable to paying a service charge, we anticipate such charges to be clearly communicated in advance.

  I went her for dinner with a friend and it was great! The service was very friendly and food was tasty. I ordered chicken tikka masala with medium spiciness and I just wish it was spicier, I have had a lot of authentic Indian cuisine and I can tell Aman’s was pretty conservative with the spiciness. Overall a great place with good food

  Amans Restaurant in Easton, Pennsylvania is an absolute gem! The restaurant is beautiful, extremely clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional—they truly make you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. And the food is amazing! The Indian dishes are full of authentic, rich flavors and prepared with so much care. Everything about the experience, from the wonderful service to the spotless restaurant and delicious food, was exceptional. If you’re looking for amazing Indian food and outstanding hospitality in Easton, Amans is definitely a place worth visiting. Highly recommended! ❤️

  We were visiting Pennsylvania and made a reservation at Aman Artistic in Easton for 6:00 PM. We were seated promptly, and our server greeted us quickly and took our order. To start, we tried the mango lassi. It leaned more toward the tangy side than having a rich mango flavor. For appetizers, we ordered the Kenyan samosa, which had a wonderful chaat masala seasoning sprinkled on top and was served with chutney. It instantly brought back nostalgic memories of Kenya. The only hiccup during the meal was the timing of the appetizers. We waited quite a while for the seekh kebab and salmon tikka, and they ended up arriving alongside our main courses instead of beforehand. A better pacing of the meal would have made the experience even more enjoyable. For our mains, we had the dal makhani, chicken karoga, raita, rice, and lachha parathas. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and thoroughly satisfying. To finish, we enjoyed the orange kulfi and the mango passion ice cream and delicious. The ambiance was pleasant, with soft background music, though the conversations from other tables were more noticeable than the music itself. Turning the music up just a bit would help create a more relaxing atmosphere Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience. The food was excellent, especially the mains and desserts, and we'd happily return the next time we're in the area.
