7pm on a Saturday night and it's CLOSED. Probably due to staffing problems but it is a consistent issue. Even when they are open its a 5050 shot your foods gonna come out correct or even edible. When they get it right it tastes great, but thats such a rarity nowadays. I only continue to order because my wife is always hopeful for her personal pan. But honestly, this store is not worth the constant frustration. Go elsewhere.

I would like to preface this by saying that I am not blaming the workers WHATSOEVER, management is 100% responsible and should do better. I ordered takeout on Saturday an hour and half before my shift at work , pick up was supposed to be around 4:30-4:45. I showed up around 4:30 to see the lobby filled with people waiting for their orders and TWO PEOPLE at the counter making the pizzas BY HAND while handling orders that were coming in through the phone, through walk ins, etc. Whoever thought it would be appropriate to have two people running the entire place on a Saturday needs to look in the mirror and reevaluate their choices, it is entirely inappropriate and IMPOSSIBLE for them to handle the work load that comes from a weekend. On top of that they have to deal with angry customers who are directing their anger at the wrong people. I hope someone from management sees this and does some serious reform, it is unfair to the workers to be left alone the way those two men were on Saturday. And I know they don't get paid well good the hard work they do, management needs to do better.

This is easily the best Pizza Hut experience my family and I have ever had. The pizza's were fresh out of the oven and the breadsticks were warm enough to dip into the sauce without scolding your tastebuds. We ordered two medium pizza's (we ate one already) but we order extra because we order extra because my family and I know the quality of the Pizza Hut at this location. Thank you (liam)!

our past experience tonight was horrible around 9:15 pm we picked up our 3 medium pizza's. the one pan pizza was burnt, dry, almost no sauce, the stuffed crust with pepperoni, and mushroom had the cheese half out of the crust because it was tore open underneath the crust halfway around the pie, the 3rd was a stuffed crust that was so undercooked the dough was gooey, and the cheese was only half melted and it was cold. The worst pizza we ever had, almost so bad we don't want to have pizza for a long time again now.

Literally the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever experienced. I have no idea how they’re still open. I tried to dine-in this spring a month after they reopened from “flooding”. I called ahead to verify they were open for dine in, the employee that answered the phone said they were. I showed up with my kids and they had very little seating, a laminated menu at the counter, and only warm bottled drinks- only soda no water. I’ll admit, that should have been my clue to walk out, but my kids were there and really hungry so we ordered and took a seat. The employee brings out our pizza in the box. I told him we wanted to dine in…he then goes on to tell me it will have to be picnic style with napkins because they DONT HAVE ANY SILVERWARE OR PLASTICWARE! We took our food to go. Fast forward to today. I order an ultimate pepperoni pizza with pineapple, a pepperoni melt and an order of breadsticks for delivery…and you can see from the pictures what I received. Completely smashed bread sticks covered in marinara, basically so soggy you can’t eat them. (Which could have been the fault of the door dasher) but I also only received half of my pepperoni melt, and a cheese pizza I guess? I contacted them, and the employee of the phone informed me the manager said to contact DoorDash for a refund. DoorDash refund me $20 whole dollars for a $65 order. I honestly have no idea how this place is still a functioning Pizza Hut franchise, or hasn’t been shut down by the health department. I learned my lesson and certainly won’t be ordering from them a 3rd time!
