  The employee that eventually took my order was only a call on speaker the entire time she took and made HALF of my order. She made the bagel bites I ordered and proceeded to go to the back to continue her call without making my coffee. The other employee asked me what I was waiting for after a few minutes, saw no sign of my order, and even asked if I had placed a mobile order. I’ve literally never experienced this terrible of service in my life.

  This morning I went in picked up my order and I got a plain cream cheese bagel and i usually open up the bagels before I eat them because I like to add some stuff but today I got my bagel already with some extra stuff, looks like it had some type of blue plastic in the bagel if I would of ate this I probably would of had to go to the hospital or worse… and ok whatever one time thing stuff happens but honestly the staff here are so terrible I just had to write a review. The stud girl with terrible customer service everytime she speaks with her co workers she seems like she is having the greatest day ever but as soon as she turns to speak with a customer it’s like her whole day was ruined and gives you the most I don’t wanna be here attitude and then the other young girl that makes the food she all she does is gives you the most odd looks ok fine maybe that’s just how her rbf is but maybe pay attention to the food you making instead of the people around you and stuff like this won’t happen, so if it wasn’t for the nasty crew that they have here maybe it would of saved them from getting a nasty review but honestly the crew here is so terrible plus the food comes out this way, come on do better. I WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN.

  I love dunkin dunkin is great but the people they hire are how the lowest is I have ever seen the two people working night shift have no idea what there doing and need to be fired. TERRIBLE SERVICE do better
