  Came through the drive through and was greeted by who I think was Leonardo which was the name on the receipt ( I forgot to grab his name ) if it wasn’t it was 7:30pm on 8/30/26 so he gets the credit he deserves, he was super accommodating. He dropped fresh stuff in the friers for me, had me try the soda to make sure it wasn’t flat before I left, threw in some extra stuff for me. His coworker was also out cleaning all the windows, I was really impressed with everyone’s attitude and work ethic, they clearly really care about their job and the establishment. Thank you!!!

  This Arby's was out of Roast Beef on my last visit, this time they had no Auju for the French Dip and I hap to pull up and wait for 5 minutes. I dont believe I will go back to this Arby's..always out of something a d ling waits for food that already has to be prepared. Plus they are never busy with the long wait

  The staff working the drove through today at 5pm was rude. We ordered 50$ worth of food had to pull to the side to wait. Get home and we are missing the fries for the meals and the Mac n cheese is heated in the bowl and was still cold. I called 4 times no answer and then went back to the store the lady with the accent was rude yet again. Horrible experience

  I received great service on July 10th 2026. My order was ready surprisingly fast considering I place the mobile order only a minute before arriving. Maria gave me great service with assisting in my mix up with my order as well!
