- MMMelanie MacKenzieSep 14, 20261.0Coffee is always nasty, I had 4 different syrups in the coffee this time and the time before and it tasted so bitter I had to throw the entire coffee out. They forgot my cold foam and she took the lid off of a full coffee and put the tiniest bit of cold foam on it when I asked about it. I didn’t have time for them to remake it. I literally put an extra sugar in the coffee this time because last time the coffee was bitter and somehow this coffee was just worse. Had pumpkin it , I couldn’t even taste pumpkin it was like they had coffee from the day before and put a bunch of milk in it with one sugar packet that’s it. Employees are decently nice but they cannot make a coffee for the life of them. Don’t waste your money here, go to Centerville road or even Fruitville pike! The drive thru line is always slow here as well.

Asked for glazed and chocolate munchkins and they just shorted us 8 of them because they were almost out of glazed?? Had to go back and tell them to give us the rest of the donuts we PAID for. This place is a mess. Go to a different location.

Might try that one on my staff tomorrow 😆 not sure the excuse on why you can’t cook a frozen premade wrap. I worked so hard in my kitchen today I didn’t eat and just wanted something on my way home.
