  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Absolute Garbage Customer Service - Avoid This Location! I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but the behavior of the staff at this East Norriton location is completely unacceptable. The customer service here is absolutely pathetic. Instead of handling a simple order issue professionally, the lady who called her self owner resorted to literally yelling at customers both on phone and in person at the same time. It is mind-blowing how disrespectful and hostile they are. No one should be treated like a nuisance or screamed at just for trying to get the food they paid for. Management seriously needs to step in, retrain this crew, and teach them basic human decency and customer service skills. If you want pizza without a side of toxic attitude, go literally anywhere else.

  Had a wonderful experience at this dominos, although it is still quite pricey the food was great customer service was on point and was a overall smooth process. I highly Support This Place.

  In the past pizza wasn't good but now it has changed been there 3X for pick up special medium for $9.99 worth every penny. Flavor, fresh veggies and pepperoni. Forget Whole Foods or any other pizza place. Please give them the business. Its usually the young lady who probably makes the pizza and has it ready. It was ready in 20mins after ordered online- amazing. This will be my go to pizza place. I hope they pay her decently, and please tip her. I had forgotten but wouldn't forget next time to tip her. 😀

  No one was wearing gloves. They seemed short staffed so the people prepping/cooking the food were also checking people out at the register. No one had gloves on nor washed their hands after touching money etc. and just went right back to prepping/cooling. Just add gloves!

  Particularly when someone, claiming to be the "manager," while also making all the food, completely obliterated a standard menu specialty pizza TWICE, consecutively pursuant to (1) original order, imagine how horrific the experience must be considering this is also the same time wherein the #1 advertised Domino's Deal -lasts until April 6th - is "Build your own w up to (7) toppings?!?!" I've been ordering, w out choice, until I just found a new alternative prior to writing this, from this location for well over a year now, numerous times per week, yet within the last cpl months, from the customer service over the phone > getting the order correct > quality of the latter > delivery (except for one driver who's simply better than the rest) it's been the most abysmal Domino's I've ever encountered, across the country!! (THE AMBLER LOCATION = UTILIZE DOORDASH, from this area, and VOILÀ: EVERYTHING IS EXCEPTIONAL, EVERY TIME!!)
