  I’m extremely disappointed with my Chipotle order from yesterday. The quality of the food was unacceptable. The rice was extremely mushy, the corn sauce tasted terrible, and the chicken was so chewy that it was difficult to eat. I’ve ordered from Chipotle before and understand that food quality can vary, but this entire bowl was poorly prepared and not something I should have received after paying for my meal. I was unable to enjoy my food and ultimately felt like I wasted my money. I would like this complaint to be addressed and would appreciate a full refund or a comparable resolution. I hope this can be taken seriously and that the location will make sure the food quality is improved going forward. I want to clarify that I do not complain about every meal. This particular experience was not just bad—it was absolutely terrible, which is why I contacted Customer Service about the issue. The previous representative reviewed my concern and offered me a free entrée as a resolution. I’m contacting you again because the free entrée was never added to my account. Are you able to pull up my previous conversation with the other representative so you can see the notes regarding this issue? If not, could you please provide me with a phone number or transfer me to a supervisor who can assist me? I would really appreciate your help in getting this resolved. Thank you so much.   Have been waiting for my order for 50 minutes now. People are barely working. It’s a shame that they have such good food, but consistently horrible service.

  Skimped on portions. Very messy counter where they prepare the burritos. Lots of eye rolling from staff when asked for more toppings.

  I got to this chipotle all of the time because I work over here but the service at this one is not great, they mess up my order all of the time. I will keep going from time to time cause Imma chump, but slowly been hitting up Cava more and more- they're just way better.

  Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They were completely uncooperative throughout my visit. Their job is to take orders and provide customer service, yet they couldn’t even do that properly. The employee kept rushing me while I was ordering, and when I requested something, she simply refused without offering any explanation. It was a very unpleasant experience. I’m genuinely disappointed that Chipotle would hire employees who treat customers this way.
