The rest of everyone's energy was stank I don't like the atmosphere where the vibe of that place! It's a shame because the two women behind the counter were pretty cool now if everyone had their energy that place would be golden!
- DGDebra GeorgeAug 2, 20261.0Visited Dunmore Dunkin Donuts around 2 pm today Aug 2nd. Ordered a large hot coffee, a large frozen coffee with Splenda and two everything bagels with cream cheese. The frozen coffee I received, didn’t think it was mine, was pure milk(cream) label said 4 coffee, 1 cream, 4 Splenda. I walked out and then tasted it. It tasted like a vanilla milkshake, no coffee flavor whatsoever. I took it back in and said it was not correct, girl told me she would make another but it would be the same thing. She told me to throw it away, I left it on counter. I watched as she made it, her coffee syrup was near empty and she tried to squirt it in the cup. Second frozen coffee was worse than the first. I have visited numerous Dunkin’ Donuts and never got one that didn’t taste like COFFEE. THIS WAS THE WORST ONE EVER, needless to say I will never visit this establishment again. If I could give it a zero I would.

During our visits, she has consistently come across as unhappy, unfriendly, and unwelcoming toward customers. Unfortunately, what has been most upsetting is her behavior and the comments she has made about individuals with disabilities and special needs. My son, who has special needs, was personally affected by her words and actions. As a parent, there is nothing more heartbreaking than watching your child be treated with disrespect because of something that makes them unique. We have never received an apology or any acknowledgment of the hurt that was caused, which has only added to our disappointment. Before this incident, stopping at Dunkin was a special part of our daily routine. Every morning, my son and I would enjoy getting coffee, donuts, and his favorite breakfast sandwich together. Those moments meant a great deal to us, but they have now been overshadowed by this negative experience. A place that once brought us joy has become a reminder of how poorly my son was treated. I strongly believe that every customer deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect, regardless of their abilities or disabilities. Employees, especially those working in customer service, have a responsibility to create a welcoming environment for everyone. There is no place for discriminatory comments or disrespectful behavior in any workplace. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. My goal is not only to stand up for my son but also to advocate for every child and adult with special needs who deserves acceptance, compassion, and equal treatment. I will continue to be a voice for my child and for others who may not always have the opportunity to speak for themselves. Their voices matter, and they deserve to be heard.
