  I was treated so rude and disrespected. I shop here weekly. I use the direct pick up. I spend a ton of money. My last order was $350.00. Almost everytime I pick it up there's something moldy, leaking chicken or the wrong items given. I called and got refunded on their mistakes. My last pick up order I was so disrespected!! The staff members were rude, disrespectful, mean laughed in my face. I was told that they are not allowed to sell me chicken and that this came down from corporate. Which is not true. I called them and was told this is not true. It is not my fault that Almost every time the chicken is leaking. The assistant manager knows that the chicken comes in sloppy and is leaking. She told me they are aware. Several times the chicken leaked in my vehicle, got on my clothing etc. There have also been several times myself , my husband and my son have found tiny bones in the chicken. The staff member and one female manager were disrespectful and down right rude to me. I have never been treated like this . They were smiling and the staff member kept laughing. I feel like they enjoyed themselves while ganging up on me. The state member proceeded to ask me in a very rude manner are you sure you want these organic bananas because last time you returned them. Well last time I paid for organic and they gave me non organic. So again I have every right to call and get a refund. The female employee kept going on about we can see everytime you call and complain in a very rude manner. It is not my fault that they cannot get my order correct. I do not feel welcome in the Duncanville martins location. The employee was allowed to treat me like that . Because she did it in from of the manager. I told the female manager I would probably leave a negative review. Her response in a very rude manner was yah you probably will but we have 100% positive feedback which is not ture. I feel that this was premeditated and they were hoping I would get mad and take my business elsewhere.

  Staff is just so wonderful all of them are just so humble and will help you find anything you need or recommend some great things to try so I'll Tell you this to that store is so clean and tidy well organize and nothing is on the wrong shelf truly OCD heaven 😊 😀 definitely support the local employees 👌 effort

  A fine store for the most part but for years I've been having issues with food, in particular frozen vegan food, being expired. I have to check dates constantly because maybe a third of the time I grab something, it's expired, with the worst I remember seeing being 8 months old (and we only realized it was expired because the item was discontinued and no longer in the system. Every time this happens I bring it up to an employee but like I said it's been happening for years and nothing's changed
