Karen, our cashier, was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming throughout the checkout process. She also went above and beyond by helping us at customer service to claim our points, which we truly appreciated. Jean, who bagged our groceries, was just as kind and helpful, making sure everything was packed carefully and efficiently. Their positive attitudes and excellent customer service made our visit enjoyable from start to finish. Thank you both for your outstanding service—we look forward to shopping here again!

However I felt that I should share how pleasant my most recent experience was while shopping at Martins. I had a coupon for $6.00 off of their deli dinner meals. I was checking out at the self scanning machine and my $6.00 coupon was not available. Gabriel was not even working in that area but noticed I was struggling and made an effort to help correct my problem. She was kind, friendly, helpful, and most importantly treated me like a paying customer and not a bother or Payne.
