While my drink is always correct compared to other coffee shops in the area, the service is majorly lacking most days. There’s no smiles. No happiness. Just people reading a script and hurrying along. Absolutely no banter to make customers feel special. I’ve been ignored in their drive through. Was the first car and every car behind me got their order taken while I sat there holding up the line because no one waited on me. It got the point that I just left because it was obvious I wasn’t being waited on. Not sure how other locations are, but Dubois needs work. Do better guys.

So disappointed i love 7 brew but today I sat in line for 30 minutes they forgot to make my drink offered me someone else's drink then made my drink wrong when I said it was wrong girl got nasty about it she screamed that it needed remade to other staff we then sat there for an additional 20 minutes they were making everyone else's drink around us finally got my drink and it was still wrong my question is what if I was allergic to that ingredient and im sure when they go somewhere they like their stuff made right!!

The employees are always ultra friendly and quick to grab your order and the drinks are to die for. I stopped later at night, had a horrible day and the employee took 5 seconds to ask me how my day was, just a small thing but meant the world to me that day.
