  I get 7 brew coupons in the mail but this 7 brew refused to take the coupons! First and last time coming here!

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, and judging by the other reviews, a lot of people really love this place, so I may be in the minority here. A few people in our group ordered some of the sweeter specialty drinks and enjoyed them, so if that’s the type of coffee you’re looking for, this may be a great spot for you. For me, though, the experience was disappointing. I simply wanted a regular hot coffee with cream. When the staff read our order back, they said I had ordered an Americano. I corrected them and said I just wanted a regular coffee, and that’s when I was told they don’t serve regular drip coffee. Apparently, if you ask for a regular hot coffee, an Americano is what they substitute. I went ahead and tried it, but unfortunately I didn’t enjoy it. I understand that this shop seems to focus more on flavored, sweeter, and specialty coffee drinks, but I found it really surprising that a drive-thru coffee shop doesn’t offer a basic cup of drip coffee. Clearly they have plenty of happy customers, and others in our group enjoyed their drinks, so this may simply come down to personal preference. But if you’re someone who just wants a traditional cup of hot coffee with a little cream, this probably isn’t the place for you.

  decent iced coffee. they dont ask if you want whipped cream on your coffee and dont give it unless you ask.

  Last night I stopped in literally at 9:55 pm. Just as the Two ladies were about to close. I asked the one what they had consistent to a chick filet frosted coffee. I have been a fireman in the Baltimore area for about forty years and am not a coffee drinker ( I wear the energizer bunny on my fire helmet for years because I am naturally always ramped up) But when I do need that boast that's my go to and I'm up for few days non stop. The reason why I wanted to thank both of the ladies ( one on receipt Paityn) is for at the last few minutes of their shift I was passing by taking my Surgical team of four their meals I picked up from Station 101. I had looked to see if there was a chick f let in Dubois. NOPE. My concern was I we started from John's Hopkins in Baltimore at 1130 am and arrived there at 4 pm. They performed an organ recovery at which we headed back to Baltimore just after midnight. There was nothing but littered remains of deer observed to and from on our four hours up m during the day light trip. It was important that as the emergency vehicle driver have i wanted that extra boost to remain alert to not just safely return the surgical team back to Baltimore but to bring a life saving organ safely to the OR of Johns Hopkins as we did this morning at 4 am. In forty years I can't Begin to tell you how many lives I've saved as both a fireman and cop in DC, Atlanta, St. Louis and Baltimore. But in the organ donor and recovery community there are so many folks involved in this operation. Your two staff members could have easily said they were closed but at five minutes to closing as I already passed by and did a u turn and rolled the dice they hooked me up with the recommended Frozen Chiller Cinnamon Roll. WELL DONE. You two kept me alert for the entire ride as several deer were spotted on the roadside just grazing upon the dark roadside shoulders. It only takes a brief second to miss this and create a negative outcome. You two contributed tremendously by just an above and beyond customer service. Please print this out for each of you and remember that just this little last minute act on each of your parts ( and your team work on the tablet and popping the drink out was NASCAR amazing , Our owner of MTJ Aviation Emergency Organ Services is former NASCAR Bass Pro car driver Martin Truex Jr.) contributed in the safe arrival of the entire team and a life saved this morning.   I ordered a German chocolate drink without ice, which I’ve done at many other places and usually receive a full cup. However, at this location, I was given only about half a cup, even though I paid around $6. It felt like poor value, especially since removing ice shouldn’t reduce the amount of the drink this much. I was disappointed with both the portion and overall experience.
