  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A New Favorite Burger Spot in Dresher! I have to admit, I completely forgot to take pictures of my meal because it was that good! This visit I ordered two All-American burgers and an order of fries, and everything was outstanding. The fries arrived hot, fresh, crispy, and delicious, and both burgers were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Over the years I’ve eaten at McDonald’s, Burger King, Wendy’s, Shake Shack, and plenty of other burger places. After several visits to Smashburger over the past few months, I can honestly say that Smashburger has become my favorite. I first tried it because of one of their promotions (buy one burger, get one free), but I kept coming back because of the consistently excellent food. One of the biggest reasons for that consistency is the manager, Emmy. Since she’s been there, the restaurant has noticeably stepped up its game. The service is faster, the staff is friendlier, and the entire experience feels much more organized and welcoming. Great management really does make a difference, and it shows. When you compare today’s prices at places like McDonald’s or Burger King, I honestly believe Smashburger offers the better value. For just a little more, you’re getting significantly better quality food, excellent customer service, and a much more enjoyable dining experience. The location at The Promenade in Dresher is surrounded by several great restaurants, but Smashburger has definitely earned a spot on my regular rotation. Another thing I really appreciate is that they support veterans, active military, first responders, and law enforcement with a discount (I believe it’s 10%). Their rewards program is also worth joining—you can earn discounts, free fries, shakes, burgers, and other perks just by visiting. Excellent food. Excellent service. Great management. Great value. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend giving this Smashburger location a try!

  When we walked in the manager said to the employees do not take any orders until I tell you. We then waited 10 minutes making eye contact with all of the workers. Three other customers walked out. Food is way overpriced for a la carte food.

  Waited twenty minutes for burgers and got twenty minute old fries. Didn’t get the burger order right either.
