We have repeatedly given them another chance however without fail every single time we go there the counters are filthy, most of the drinks are gone & tonight at 7pm, 3 hours until closing, they had no chips & no pico. Several times in the past they’ve also been out of various proteins. I get that there’s a dinner rush but they should be prepared for it. There never seems to be enough staff. It’s the last straw for us. We’re not going back.

I could go on for a while about my terrible experiences with this location, the only reason I keep going back is due to foolish hope that it will turn around. Most times this location is missing multiple ingredients. I went yesterday and a handwritten sign on the door read “no queso no chips”. I figured that wasn’t a dealbreaker. I could do without chips and didn’t like queso anyway. I start my order and when I eventually ask for cheese, the employee tells me they don’t have any cheese, only queso… I asked why the sign didn’t reflect that and he just shrugged… look, I get the job probably sucks, but the employees at this location are pretty awful. This place just sucks plain and simple

- GPGia PiselliSep 19, 20261.0the absolute worse workers i’ve ever encountered in my life. took almost 5 minutes for somebody to take my order while they just moped around all miserable, finally a guy walked up and just started at me waiting for me to talk, didn’t respond to anything i said and then pointed to the card reader when it was time to pay. they barely filled my burrito and yet the tortilla was breaking. there needs to be a whole new set of workers and management absolutely needs to do better. go to a different chipotle and stay far from this way, it has only gone down hill completely.
