  Just moved to the area recently and every time I've ordered something, they mess it up. No honey mustard for my nuggets, no cheese on my cheeseburgers and I asked for no onions on them and they put onions on it.

  This was a tiny McDonald's. There was only one door to get in and you had to walk around the building to find it. Then the food ordering kiosk wouldn't take my payment so I had to go to the register where there was a grumpy older lady. Then our meal came without sauces ao I returned to the counter and waited for an employee. Additionally, the beverage bar was a mess.

  I decided to leave a review for this McDonald’s after going here a few times and having pretty mixed experiences. Overall I would give it two stars because the service is actually really good but the food and the atmosphere are honestly not that great. First I want to talk about the service because that is definitely the best part of this location. There is a worker named Phil who goes to CB East and he is always really friendly and outgoing. Every time I have been there he talks with the customers and makes small talk while you are waiting which actually makes the place feel a lot nicer. He asks people how their day is going and jokes around a little and it just feels like he actually cares about being nice to people instead of just rushing everyone through the line. Because of that I would honestly give the service a 5 out of 5. The food on the other hand has been pretty disappointing most of the time. The burgers have been kind of dry and just really mediocre and the fries sometimes taste like they have been sitting there for a while. Nothing was completely awful but it definitely was not fresh tasting and it felt like the kind of meal you eat and immediately wish it was better. For a place that is supposed to be quick and satisfying it just feels underwhelming. The atmosphere also is not very good. The inside just feels kind of dull and not very welcoming and it is not really a place you want to sit and hang out for long. It just feels a little tired and could probably use some cleaning and updating to make it feel nicer. So overall I am giving this place two stars. The food and atmosphere really need improvement but the service especially from Phil is great and he honestly makes the experience better just by being friendly and talking with customers. I hope the management appreciates workers like him because he is definitely the highlight of this McDonald’s.
