- BPBrian PogueSep 29, 20261.0I went into the store and ordered a sesame bagel, toasted dark with butter. I then went out to my car only to discover that it was barely warmed, and it was extremely Dry. I went back in and explained to the person at the counter that I’d like it dark, well toasted with extra butter. He apologized and remade the bagel and then went out to my car for a second time only to find out that it was made exactly the same way as it was the first time. At that point, I couldn’t waste any more time with this so I just moved on. How hard is it to make something correctly? This is not rocket science. For $4.12 for a bagel with butter should be done the way the customer requests

I figured that they were really busy so I let it go! I just ordered bagels for this weekend and told the person who answered the phone what happened and no response all I wanted was an oh I am so sorry! Not a good person to represent your company! So I found another bagel place! Honestly how hard is it to say sorry!!!!!!!!

I came in to purchase poppy bagels (half a dozen) and the worker there said they came out very good, so I ate it without toasting it and just added cream cheese. It was great. I had it with tea with honey and creamer (milk for me at home). No complaints except high praise. I have also eaten in here and they welcome anyone.
