  Today, May 7, 2026, this is the first time I have ever been disappointed by Domino's. I placed an order, but it never arrived, and I never received a phone call. After an hour had passed, I called, and the person who answered said they would send the order out again. Another hour went by, and when I called back, they told me that the delivery driver hadn't found anyone there and that no one had accepted the pizza. My children and I had been waiting by the window for the pizza for a whole hour; I also have a camera at my front door, and the driver never showed up. I called again, and they told me that I would not be allowed to place another order. I have been ordering from them for years—I have never once asked for anything for free, and I have certainly never let a driver leave without giving them a tip. My children were really craving pizza, so I drove all the way to the pizzeria myself, the person who was there didn't even offer me an apology. They offered to give me the pizza for free, but I didn't want it for free!!!!—I had already been waiting over two hours for a pizza! 😐 A simple apology would have been the ideal—and entirely sufficient. Dominos pizza team is always nice i’m sad because idk what happen.

  Always looking for a good piazza place ,,, we found Dominos what a great choice ! We have the best pizza we had in years ( The Extravaganza ) it was the best tasting I had in years , nice and hot and delicious . I will be getting another soon . Give it a try you’ll love it !! .

  I called to order delivery, was connected with someone. He took my order then proceeded to ask for my credit card information. After recieveing information he asked to put me on hold. After being put on hold he stayed there was note to not deliever to my address. When asked what the note said, he stated he doesn't know he just started at the store. Then proceeded to put me on hold and said my address was out of the radius. I simply asked how is that possible when they deliver to my father's house which is directly behind mine and have to pass my house to get to his. He had no answer and hung up on me. When I called back I was hung up on 4 times. I was able to get through to someone on my sons phone placed order and all. Waited about 30 mins. Tracked my order on app and it stated order was canceled. This store lacks customer service and professionalism greatly. Feel like I'm dealing with a bunch of children. Corporate has been contacted and I will continue to contact corporate until something is resolved.
