- PIPao IzeppiMay 7, 20263.0Today, May 7, 2026, this is the first time I have ever been disappointed by Domino's. I placed an order, but it never arrived, and I never received a phone call. After an hour had passed, I called, and the person who answered said they would send the order out again. Another hour went by, and when I called back, they told me that the delivery driver hadn't found anyone there and that no one had accepted the pizza. My children and I had been waiting by the window for the pizza for a whole hour; I also have a camera at my front door, and the driver never showed up. I called again, and they told me that I would not be allowed to place another order. I have been ordering from them for years—I have never once asked for anything for free, and I have certainly never let a driver leave without giving them a tip. My children were really craving pizza, so I drove all the way to the pizzeria myself, the person who was there didn't even offer me an apology. They offered to give me the pizza for free, but I didn't want it for free!!!!—I had already been waiting over two hours for a pizza! 😐 A simple apology would have been the ideal—and entirely sufficient. Dominos pizza team is always nice i’m sad because idk what happen.
