  usually this place is good but today I got a burrito and look at the size of it. for $11. this is crazy. never experienced this before. snack size burrito. it's vegan too. so there's nothing to it. well idk why I can't post a photo but it's barely bigger than the side container. it's as long as the name sticker they put on the burrito.

  Terrible experience. Went on thursday night around 10pm. We had to wait a good few minutes before someone actually took our order, one guy was standing on his phone staring at us not helping us. We finally get our order taken by a guy with red hair, he had a bad attitude and frustrated when we asked him to repeat himself after talking under his breath. We get to the register paid for our food and then decided we wanted drinks. We asked if we could have 2 fountain drinks nothing crazy and the guy rolled his eyes and acted like it was so hard to hand us two paper cups and let us pay for them. It was also dirty and there was a bunch of food on the bottom of my bowl. Very unpleasant experience. Which is crazy because i’ve never had an experience like this at chipotle before. Would rather drive to the other chipotle 8 minutes away from this one

  I ordered a bowl. With guac, therefore I get charged extra for the guac. My bowl showed up and there was no guac. So I call this chipotle and they tell me there is nothing they can do and that I have to call door dash corporate smh. What am I paying the extra money for if my food isn’t gonna show up correct?

  I placed a catering order well in advance for a scheduled pickup time, and somehow Chipotle still managed to be almost 30 minutes late actually having the order ready. What exactly is the point of placing a catering order ahead of time if the restaurant can’t even have it prepared by the time it is supposed to be picked up? I arrived expecting to grab the order and leave, as anyone reasonably would. Instead, I stood there waiting while they were still putting the order together. Nearly 30 minutes is not a minor delay — it is an unacceptable amount of time to make someone wait for an order that was specifically placed ahead of time. The lack of urgency was almost as frustrating as the delay itself. There was no sense that anyone understood or cared that I had made a meeting around the pickup time. If you cannot accommodate a scheduled catering order, then don’t accept the order for that time. I lost a very important account due to this issue. This was incredibly poorly managed and completely unprofessional. Catering is supposed to make things easier for the customer, not leave them standing around waiting for food that should have been ready when they arrived. I have reached out to customer service multiple times with them offering me 1 free meal after spending nearly $600 on a catering order that no one ate due to it being so late. I have never had such a frustrating experience picking up a scheduled order. Do better, Chipotle. Your customers should not have to pay for a catering order and then waste nearly 30 minutes of their time waiting for you to finish preparing it.
