The portion sizes are a joke. I paid extra for protein, only to receive a minute portion that left my bowl barely half full. When I realized how shorted I was, I spoke with the cashier. He told me that since I had already started eating, there was nothing he could do, but offered to get the manager. That was when the real nightmare started. The manager, Bree, took over five minutes to even come out to the floor, forcing me to leave for work without a resolution. When I finally interacted with her, she was completely worthless. Bree refused to do anything to help me, showed zero accountability, and wouldn't even try to make the situation right. It is clear that the toxic attitude and terrible service here start right at the top. To make matters worse, I have reached out to customer care three (3) separate times about this incident. Each time I got a lackluster apology from a guy named Esmundo, and after answering all of his questions, showing proof of my visit and even telling him the approximate time of my visit, he has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Read other reviews of this place and do yourselves a BIG FAVOR….Save your money and your sanity—go literally anywhere else in DoylestowN!

Not only have the portions gotten drastically smaller, but the workers simply lack any sort of enthusiasm. They barely even acknowledge you as a person if you come in after 8 pm. Food doesn’t look fresh half the time. It’s sad to see such a great place go down hill the way this chipotle has. Be better.
