  walked into the chipotle at 10pm, open til 11pm, and nobody was standing at the counter. we waited for a few minutes and nobody came out to take our order. the grill was on and burning the bits of food that were left on it. went across the street to burger king instead.

  This chipotle used to be a weekly staple over in doyletown but at this point I don’t even know how to feel. Not only have the portions gotten drastically smaller, but the workers simply lack any sort of enthusiasm. They barely even acknowledge you as a person if you come in after 8 pm. Food doesn’t look fresh half the time. It’s sad to see such a great place go down hill the way this chipotle has. Be better.

  Me and my buddy were very displeased with our visit to the doylstown location today! Young man at the register lacked enthusiasm and barely scooped enough chicken to feed a toddler! Fellow at the register had the nerve to walk up on my table and charge me for dressing after the fact. Garbage cans overflowing with trash. Lock in.

  Skimpy portions place has gone down hill past couple months go somewhere else terrible customer service got a burrito fell apart after opening it because of the incompetent employee who wrapped it when I was finished I went home and ate another meal because it simply did not fill me up I’d give zero stars if it was an option this place blows

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever received. As someone who works in the food industry this is disgraceful. Went in at 3 pm, maybe 2 other people were there at the time eating. Walked up to the counter and immediately the young boy at the front was rude no hello no how are you. Immediately white or brown rice. He then proceeded to put half a scoop of rice and what felt like 2 pieces of steak on my bowl. When asked to add more he gave me attitude and tried charging me double. The bowl wasn’t even half way full. I also got sour cream and guacamole which he put more on of that then there was rice and steak. I am usually not one to complain but when the other employee checking individual out says that wasn’t enough food it gets to a point where it’s a little ridiculous. We have came here many times before and have never had an issue. We will not be returning as they couldn’t even wrap my boyfriend’s burrito so he could pick it up and eat it. The kid seemed to be doing it on purpose since he threw the burrito onto the counter when asked to rewrap it the other lady at the front was also very rude. Not quite sure how this place is still operating. For $30 you expect to be full and get decent service. There is much more I could say but I will not be returning.
