Only there wasn't a person at the open ones either, and people were getting "Assistance is needed. Help is on the way." Only there wasn't any help. Several people were in line waiting to do ACME's cashier's jobs for them. Maybe the manager needs to get himself out of his office and help customers. This kind of lousy service is why I rarely shop at this ACME. Was only there today because I needed poblanos. When Simply Fresh opens, it'll become a ghost-town.

The teens were horse playing but there are better ways to handle things and the behavior I witnessed from this staff member is never acceptable. Next time I see your staff engaging in this behavior with anyone I will get involved. A few days ago I purchased a package of cheese that had mold growing along one edge. I'm eagerly waiting for the new grocery store to go into mercer square.
