  Asked for bacon to be toasted in the notes, and they gave me bacon that was from the pan. As a former subway worker I know when bacon is toasted and just pulled from the pack. And I was given cold bacon. Absolutely disappointing from how this store used to be.

  The customer service sucked!!! The bathroom was really dirty. I believe it was the owner that took our order. He was rude because I ordered a protein pocket and you can “only” have what the description says. No substitution. The younger girl was also rude.

  Totally ripped off never seen prices this high at a subway nobody use hair nets classic subs 20 a meal paid over 60 dollar for 3 foot longs n one 6 inch thats not actually 6 inches. Wont spend my money at subway again.

  Just about the rudest and most unprofessional treatment I’ve ever witnessed from a “manager.” We called in regards to an issue with missing food items ordered through their subway app to be delivered via DoorDash. Called DoorDash, and we were told it was subway’s problem. Called subway, and we were told the only thing we could do would be to drive into the store to retrieve the missing items that they neglected to place with the order, or drive into the store to get a refund for the missing items. The “manager” wasn’t helpful in the slightest and began yelling at my obviously frustrated wife over the phone. This was the poorest excuse for customer service I have ever witnessed.
