  I placed an online order through the app at 9pm and I got a notification that it was going to be delivered through a 3rd party which is fine cuz that’s how they usually do it anyways. So 920pm rolls around and I get a phone call and it’s the manager asking me if we got our delivery and I said no she said okay well I will check with the other order that was supposed to be delivered with yours and if they didn’t get it I’ll get another one cooking for you and out with the dasher I have standing right here beside me. I said ok sounds good. Well I waited and waited and it ends up being 1010pm and still no delivery yet so I call the store and some guy answers the phone cuz of course the general manager is not there anymore and I tell him the situation and of course he is oblivious and has no clue until I really fill him in and says there are no pizzas in the hot box so our pizzas should be delivered soon. So then I get some random text from some unknown number asking if we received our order I said no. Then it ends up being 1030pm and I call the store again cuz still no pizza delivery and tell the same guy who is clueless and not helpful that we STILL DONT have our order that I placed at 9pm and I want our money back and he says he will leave a message for the general manager to do it tomorrow!!! Ridiculous that I place an order at 9pm and still don’t have my order at now 11pm!! And I was told when I first called at 1010pm that the first door dasher stole the first order. Okay well then where is my second order that the general manager was working on herself?!? This is just absurd!!!

  Ordered a 3 topping large pizza on the app and it was ready when we arrived. Friendly staff and like that indoor seating is offered again. Loved the Hawaian Pizza we got tonight it was delicious.

  The door handle was ready to fall off. This store us on the verge of closing, and you can't tell me otherwise. The girl running the register was very thorough and kind. Other than that, disappointing. Sauce is not the original kind. Missing sugar. It was just pizza hut on a budget. It's a shame. You'll be missed legend

  we ordered on doordash and they forgot our melts and the pizza was hard and cold not warm but COLD the pizza was nasty.
