- SSStephanie SuttonJun 6, 20262.0I came through the drive thru. It was the usual greeting of how can I help you? I began to tell him my order. He got the coffee, then I told them I wanted 2 wraps. There was a pause, I was reading the screen to see if he managed to get it, I spoke loudly and clearly enough but it was quiet and then he was like, "okay, the coffee and what else again Im sorry." From there, I should have known he wasn't paying attention and it wasnt going to really resolve. So I finished telling him at the speaker what I want. He gave me my total and I pulled to the window, and it's a young kid. Which is fine, Ive been a teen with a job before. I hand him my card, he swipes it and gives it back. Then suddenly, hes handing my coffee to me, but hes not even looking at me as Im reaching for it hes carrying on side conversations and Im struggling to grab it. He didnt even extend his arm out far enough and he cant even tell thats the case because hes not even looking at what hes doing and his arm is pulling back towards him so I hang more out my window to grab it since hes got his attention more occupied at whatever conversation he was having inside. Then he looks at me after I finally grab it, and that my food will be at the next window. So I say thank you a bit frustrated, because it really isnt hard to just give a little attention to your job. I get to the 2nd window and the same young man brings me my food less than a min later. Tells me have a great day and closes the window. I look in the bag and notice they forgot an item. No surprise there. I looked at the receipt, it was listed so it was paid for. I go around to the parking lot to go inside. I walk in. Im hit with like 6 teenage boys. Not one adult to be seen anywhere. I stand at the counter. I was looked at twice without acknowledgement, more than 2 of them were standing around and finally someone asks what I needed, far from usual customer service tone. I told him, I get my stuff and go to my car. Im not really sure what has happened to that place but it has really gone downhill in the last couple years. Something is always forgotten. My eggs were cold and the hashbrowns were crumbs so theyd probably been sitting. Normally I dont write reviews or even rate a place. But I feel the young man could have paid a bit more attention to his job.
