- KCKristen Campbell3 days ago2.0Not a great Dunkin. I went at 9:30am on a Sunday. There was no soap in either bathroom, and the hand sanitizer was empty. When I asked an employee where to get soap to wash my hands (before eating my donut after using the toilet), she said she didn’t know if they had any and had to go ask someone else who seemed like a supervisor. The supervisor then went and filled them. But I mean, to have all empty hand cleaning options and not even know if your location HAS soap tells me the employees haven’t been washing their hands after using the bathroom for who knows how long. And aren’t trained to clean and restock the bathroom properly. The glass on top of the donut case was filthy, like thousands of crumbs and caked on stuff all over the top of the case. And the donuts were the least frosted I’ve ever seen in a Dunkin. A paltry line of chocolate on top of the chocolate frosted (my donut of choice). The coffee was decent and made at a reasonable pace, so I can’t complain about that. I wouldn’t come back due to serious sanitation concerns and the sorriest looking donuts.

She didn’t wear gloves when she made my sandwich and she sat my egg right on the counter. They need to be trained better, and taught how to make customers happy, I’ll never return to this location. I’d give this place a half of star if I could.

"Brenna " and whoever the girl is who is missing a tooth with blonde hair, need to be retrained. they were so rude to not only myself , but the boy who was doing my payments. I asked him to split into cash and a card payment. and they gave HIM a hard time. I was asking him his managers name and the blonde one came over yelling bout the systems arent working. Like thats great but you have no personal skills and you should not be client facing. I think the kid working the window should be given to a successful store and trained properly. he did wonderfully. Also it took me 15mins to get a bagel and cream cheese and a cold brew. Yeah the owners of this place need to buckle down this is so disappointing

I pointed out that the donuts looked subpar. “That’s because it’s late in the day”. They had a fresh looking batch next to it. But we couldn’t have those. Got back to the campsite to find that the Boston Cream donuts had -zero- cream in them. Four disappointed children. Dunkin Donuts of Douglasville, PA, you are a disgrace to the brand.
