  Its ok. Parking lot sucks. Service is most of the times good. But there is one girl that is not friendly at all.

  Ordered a bagel egg cheese steak sandwich. Stated no sauce extra onions. Got order and bit into the sandwich sauce oozes out of it like out of a squeeze container. There were no onions.. upon further inspection the steak is no longer a steak it is a steak patty. Years ago it was a real piece of steak. Of course I went back and got my money back. But I think I'm done at all McDonald's because it is nothing more than high priced high calorie no taste food.

  I did two mobile orders here in one day; one early morning and one in the evening. I selected my food and marked that I was there 5 minutes early. My food was hot and ready on the counter when I arrived. Very fast service. This is along an extremely busy highway so it depends on time of day for getting in and out of here.

  Went in around 730-8pm and it wasn’t super busy but was left waiting for a long time to order… when finally helped the lady had a strong attitude which I would usually ignore since we all have bad days but we then waited 20 minutes for our food..(of course they served it off their screen to make their times look good) and we also then watched them take our fries off of the heater And let them sit on the tray for five minutes while waiting for other fries so I then asked for all fresh fries and of course, I was given yet again another attitude. We then realized they missed ringing us up for one of our fries so we went to ask them about it and I stood there for five minutes, waiting for someone to even acknowledge the fact that I was standing there. At this point I started getting annoyed and the male employee Continued to sit there on his phone. We were then sitting and eating and looked over and saw not only was the male on his phone, but the female employee was sitting on the counter where they prepare our food. As someone who worked at McDonald’s from the time I was 14 to the time I was 18. I could never imagine doing this at 14 let alone Being a manager and watching my shift run this way. Very poor customer service. (Sorry for the quick response and grammar errors I am writing this using talk to text with the kids being loud)
