- DDDanakhaAug 2, 20264.0Stopped by Dunkin’ in the late afternoon, so I’ll take some of the blame for them being out of donuts, but it was still a bit of a bummer to miss out. The staff was friendly and pleasant, which I appreciated. One thing worth mentioning is that the place could use a little cleaning up. There were some tables that hadn’t been cleared from previous customers. Nothing major, but a quick tidy would go a long way.
- LBLizzay BAug 1, 20262.0Standing and waiting someone to take my order, literally like I don’t have better things to do, the pregnant little girl walked to the donuts section grabbed 2 donuts and saw me standing by the cashier she completely ignored me. She should’ve saying to me “we’re a bit busy right now will you kindly please use our kiosk by the window to place your order?” I put 2 stars only for the tall guy with glasses and beanie hat, apparently he’s the only one who cares about his job and his customers! If he’s not manager or supervisor he should’ve get promotion for that. The rest crews can stay in the back work in the kitchen they didn’t fit dealing or handle customer experience. The pregnant little girl that’s in second picture if she can’t handle the stress and challenging at work she should stay home but I’m not here to get my coffee to start Saturday morning with negativity behavior. From 2 kiosk only one kiosk that works. I don’t care how busy you guys are if you chose to working with customers and can’t provide and deliver that customer experiences better find other place to make money, better stay work in warehouse where you only deal with machine and other workers.

We stood waiting for someone to take our order for 5-10 minutes (not busy at all), then after no one acknowledged us or even looked our way, we got the hint that we’re supposed to just use the screen and not talk. We ordered TWO DONUTS, and then watched others get their orders filled for 15 minutes and I asked if our order was still visible to them? They responded that they’re out of the one donut flavor… lol they just let us sit there just dreading talking to a human being, and then when I asked about my two donuts I received attitude. Poor excuses for employees not sure if managers care, I would imagine not based on my experience. 😂.
