  This place has great tasting hoagies, and normally great customer service... BUT--- my gripes are these-- while they were always quite expensive (I get that todays trump-flated economy is causing raised prices)...however while they just recently raised prices another $1 or so, they also switched their buns to make the sandwiches nearly HALF the size...since the last time I was there (a few months ago or so, since I only go when there's a sale). They used to be quite big, so it's terribly obvious. To both shrink AND raise is a pretty dirty trick to customers. If that keeps up i don't see business also increasing in the future....

  I'm from Philadelphia, and have order Primos trays from so many locations and never had a bad experience. When I moved to the area I was excited to see a Primos in Dickson City. We just had a birthday party for our daughter and my wife wanted to order trays from Wegmans but I insisted on ordering Primos largest tray. I scheduled an order time plenty early to arrive to the party on time and asked my mother-in-law to pick it up. When she arrived ontime to pickup, they informed her that they hadn't had a chance to start the order yet. She ended up waiting in the parking lot for 1hr and 40min for our trays. At no point did anyone from the store communicate with me about a possible delay. Needless to say Grandmother and the hoagie tray arrived late to her granddaughters birthday. On top of it, they were messy, carelessly put together trays. Extremely disappointed in this store because I always loved Primos, guess I'll have to drive to a different city to get them from now on.

  Overpriced, Mid Sandwiches $12+ for bland boiled chicken drowned in generic Frank's and slapped between 8" of bread. Add an extra $5 if you want an actual deli sandwich size. No cheese. No special touch. Just the bare minimum passing grade for a buff chix hoagie. $14+ for bland steak and very mild cheese. Texture of the meat is fine, the taste is nondescript and indistinguishable. No onions or peppers, no choice of cheese. Again, be ready for an upcharge if you don't want a kid's meal portion. Lower prices and I'd respectively have lower expectations. For $18+ cheese steak I expect Waygu and a personal cheese torch from the chef themselves.
