  I'm sorry but I do believe that they need to teach the so-called manager Tracy how to be a manager how to appreciate customers and treat them like they're appreciated in a comedy them if they're not satisfied and I am by no means of picky human being but if something is that messed up that it's not even edible and you tell a customer basically kick rocks on top of that the way you speak in front of customers is atrocious you're a manager you should act it The employees underneath you acted more professional

  Tracy is absolutely horrible she was rude to me first of all and then when I asked for her name she started treating me much nicer then I called today to let them know that the rice pudding they gave me was absolutely horrific because the amount of cinnamon they put on top of it I'm hoping one of the real members of management would go into the store and check the situation out this happened yesterday obviously I didn't need it I called today to ask if they could do me a fair Justice considering I got charged $20 for a hoagie and switch it out for something of the same price she informed me that once it leaves the store they can't do anything about it how do we know our food is not adequate or edible if we haven't tried it yet if you were giving me an attitude because I came in 5 minutes before you closed obviously I couldn't eat it in the restaurant I had to eat it at home it's not like I'm trying to scam somebody but I do think it's fair that I get my $3.50 worth of merchandise I think you need to really look into this woman managing your restaurant there was two other women there when I picked up this food that were kind considerate also when I asked her what the other Hoagies look like because I don't like seeded buns she said I don't know they just don't have seeds the girl behind her that clearly doesn't get paid as much because she wasn't management went into the fridge pulled out a bun or wherever she got it from and showed it to me so now I'm stuck with rice pudding that you can't even eat please somebody go look in that fridge at the amount of cinnamon that they put on top of this pudding it was literally like taking a spoonful of cinnamon out of your spice Shelf I tried to mix it in with the rice pudding you couldn't fix it on top of the rudeness and the unprofessional this is the conversation she decided to have with me afterwards was just not something you'd expect from a member of management and she only talked to me like that to kiss my butt because after I asked for her name I think she knew I was going to call about her but I decided not to until I called today to try to get my rice pudding switched out

  Really nice and clean place and workers were really nice. Food was good too!

  This is the 2nd time I order here and the first time they took Over an hour long to make 1 sandwich which barely had any chicken it was mostly bread and lettuce.. this second time I was waiting while the workers were just playing around talking to each other. Never ordering here again.
