  Dickson City Chick-fil-A is always great. The morning staff is always pleasant even early in the morning. Your food is always hot fresh and correct. The waiting area is spacious and the board to show you if your food is ready is also a great plus. The drive-thru always moves fast as well.

  Yeah, I don't know why but it just doesn't taste like a Southern Chic Fil A. Still, far better restaurant than those burger joints and healthier too. My only gripe is it's always too busy.

  Best chicken sandwich. Nice and juicy! Staff is always polite . I ordered ahead using their mobile app.

  I normally don’t write restaurant reviews—this is actually my first one. I just want to say that this Chick-fil-A is amazing. I’m guessing this location has been open for more than a year, but everything still feels so fresh, clean, and well cared for. I also loved that they put fresh flowers on each table, which made the whole place feel warm and inviting. What stood out the most to me was the staff. Everyone was so welcoming, polite, and attentive from the moment I walked in. They greeted customers with a smile, moved quickly, and still made people feel genuinely taken care of. It didn’t feel rushed or impersonal at all. You can tell they take pride in giving good service and creating a positive environment. This location really left a great impression on me. I especially loved the fresh flowers on each table, which added such a nice and thoughtful touch. The staff truly made the experience stand out. They were so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Everyone seemed happy to be there, and they treated customers with kindness and patience. They were attentive without being overbearing, and the service felt genuine. It’s not often that you walk into a fast-food restaurant and feel this level of warmth and care. This place really made a wonderful impression on me. I can also make it sound more Google-review style and a little more natural.

  Visit the location when we can were 45 minutes away. Over the last several visits weve had them same experience. It wasnt until today when my 13 year old said something that made me realize I needed to say something. Ive never been to a store with such friendly and happy employees. People can pretend and fake nice but everytime we visit we are always greated by a professional staff all wearing smiles. We mentioned that to one of the employees named jane, who I would love to have represent my buisness if I had one. Exceptionally happy person was very happy to have met and chatted with her. She mentioned that the dickson city location was the best one shes worked for. Location is always cleen and service is very timely. Keep up the good great work guys!
