  So this is going to be a very disturbing review sadly, but i must speak up about this. I have been going to this subway and many others for years without incident, but sadly today that changed. I went in this location today, waited in line to get my usual, and the next thing i know the employee there named Kyle asks to speak to me off to the side. Then he tells me that back on April 16th there was an incident involving two female employees. i kid you not, he told me that HIS girlfriend Karissa, and another female accused me of making them uncomfortable for...leaning on the hood of my car for five minutes after i exited this store with my sandwich. That day i was texting on my phone while leaning on MY car. kyle would not give me anymore information. He refused to give me any corporate number and said they can no longer serve me. I have a clean record my whole life and have NEVER had this happen to me before. But sadly we live in a world where i'm sure i will be blamed regardless. This has caused me a whole lot of stress, anger, and depression as i now don't know what's going to happen from here. I really hope something is done about this. And NOW...i actually got a threatening phone call from the "manager" of this location at 7:30am this morning. he swore at me and yelled and said "i will always take the side of my employees over yours" then he said "your banned from the store if you ever come around here again you will found out real quick that things can get serious" then he hung up. i have never felt more stressed and scared in my life knowing that they have my info in the subway app and this guy calls my phone to swear and threaten me. He didn't even allow me to tell my side of the story at all. Final update: the director was amazing and made things right. But I will never forget this horrible experience at this location. The fact that I had to go so much out my way just to talk to someone is insane. Just glad this is all finally over I have never experienced anything like this before I hope the owner sees this and really makes some changes to this store because my God does he need to in a real bad way
