- LCLindsey ClarkeSep 6, 20262.0We had a very disappointing experience today at this Dunkin… The male employee taking our order through the drive-thru was extremely short, impatient, and rude with us. There was a simple miscommunication about part of our order, and instead of politely clarifying it, he became snippy and was audibly huffing and puffing over the intercom while we were ordering. To make things worse, once we left and sat down to eat, we realized the hash browns we paid for were missing from the bag. At that point, we were so uncomfortable with the earlier interaction that we didn’t even want to go back inside and potentially deal with the same employee again. My fiancé and I are part of the Dallas community and have been here since long before this Dunkin location opened. We like being able to support businesses within our own community, which makes an experience like this especially disappointing. Everyone can have a stressful or difficult day, but customers should still be spoken to respectfully. What should have been a quick and simple Dunkin stop ended up being unnecessarily unpleasant. I really hope management takes this seriously and addresses it. I did give it 2 stars because although our experience with the guy speaking at the mic drive through was unpleasant, the girl at the drive up window was very sweet.

As someone who frequently comes here and also orders from them on apps- I will now take my business elsewhere (Drip and Wawa) and make sure to spread the word about the pup cups when mentioned as it’s often mentioned where I work. How sad they can’t put some whipped cream together for a furry friend!

I understand they were super busy but the reason for mobile orders is to have the convenience of getting it faster than having to wait in the drive-through. It’s just unacceptable the amount of money you pay for fast food and it’s not even really fast.
