From the moment I walked in, the customer service was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of feeling welcomed or valued as a customer, I felt like I was an inconvenience. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable, and there was a clear lack of basic courtesy and respect. I understand that everyone has off days, but this experience went beyond that. Customer service should never make someone feel uncomfortable or disrespected. I won’t be returning, and I hope management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated moving forward.
