  I just had the worst experience at McDonald’s. I am a regular at this McDonald’s and I keep my orders simple. All I ask is for my food to be fresh. Often times it isn’t. Today the food was fresh but after opening my 10 piece nugget I ate one, after reaching for another I found a long stringy hair. All employees should be wearing hair nets! This was absolutely disgusting! The one worker was nice and asked if I wanted them remade. I just got a refund. No, sorry I don’t want my food to be remade just to be defiled again. I honestly don’t understand how a long hair this size was overlooked and served to me. Definitely seemed intentional in a 10 piece nugget. McDonald’s please make this right I’m extremely disappointed.

  Normally I have no issues or little mistakes that get fixed quickly . But today I went through the drive thru the lady at the speaker was not friendly , rushing through the order process, and made comments as I was ordering and said “ finally that’s it “ when I finished my order which was only $21 and some change. I asked to speak with management and when I was speaking with the manager you could tell she didn’t care about what I had to say . Respect goes a long way … I get people have bad days but giving someone attitude for an order is not okay.

  I ordered a bacon quarter pounder with cheese and they forgot the bacon because they are too distracted talking to each other instead of doing their job
