  Just another Panera but a spacious one. Always amaze by their soup and sandwich. Pastries are "cherry on the top"!!!!

  Ordered delivery on Panera site. It said delivery available between 7:18 and 7:32. Notified at 7, driver picked up food. The interactive delivery map not working. Called the store at 8pm requesting to cancel the order. Was advised by the manager that delivery was not her responsibility. Once it leaves the store she is not responsible. I explained that I did not order through door dash, but Panera site, and that driver had picked food up over 45 mins ago and still not delivered. I was advised that she would not continue to discuss this issue with me and holds no responsibility. Do not order delivery directly on the site. Your food will come whenever….

  We came in with a large group and called before we arrived to give them a heads up. We all placed our orders individually but they refused to bag all of our orders separately. We asked politely for our orders to be bagged separate but the staff was very rude and not friendly, nor willing to do so! We got our order in catering bags! We had trouble reading the writing on the bags! Avoid at all costs if you have a large group!! We won’t be back!! All of the other paneras we have been too have been much more organized. Taking names and bagging them, then calling them out would have been way more effective.

  Unfortunately the worst Panera I’ve been. Really bad experience with the service, I was not able to place my order for 10 minutes while no one else was in line or waiting on food. Plus my food came out cold, tables were gross and unclean establishment.
