  I don't know what’s going on with the management here, but it’s completely gone to downhill. The absolute worst part was the woman at the drive-thru, Sally. I’ve seen some of the other recent reviews mentioning the staff being rude, but she takes it to a whole new level. She was beyond "horrible”; she looked like she hadn't washed her uniform in a month, and the way she was handling the food was actually disgusting. She was literally wiping her nose with the back of her hand and then grabbing the fries. When I asked for a fresh batch because the ones she handed me were cold and soggy, she gave me a look like she wanted to jump through the window. The service is painfully slow even when they aren't busy. I waited in the "pull-forward" spot for 15 minutes for two cheeseburgers, and when Sally finally brought them out, she practically threw them into my lap through the window. No apology for the wait, just a nasty attitude. To make it worse, the burgers were stone cold and the buns were stale. It’s exactly like those other reviews said everything is "backwards" here, and the hard workers are clearly gone while the people who don't give a rip are running the show. The inside is just as bad. The tables are always sticky, the floors are greasy, and the bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in days. It’s chaotic, unprofessional, and frankly unsanitary. Save yourself the frustration and the stomach ache. Go to the Wendy's or literally anywhere else. As long as Sally is working there with that hygiene and that attitude, I’m never coming back.

  Went through the drive thru on Sat May 9th we were there for 30 mins from the moment we pulled up to the speaker. Finally paid and at the pick up window it took ten mins just at that window. Had to ask for napkins, straws, ketchup and the sauce that we asked for when placing the order. Fries were not filled up only half way literally had to ask them to fill them up, so we waited I guess for more fries to cook. So I guess they thought it was ok to not fill the fries up since they didn’t have anymore cooked. And of course no milkshakes since they said it was not working. Just can’t believe how unorganized that place was. Over 30 dollars for the food we got and waited forever to get it. DO BETTER OR GET MORE TRAINING!

  Well, don’t come here when it’s super busy it gets a little confusing, but the food is always fresh. It might take you a little bit longer than normal. Get your food, but like I said, it’s fresher than the other McDonald’s located so when I’m out here at the lake, stop here on my way out. Going home 🏠

  I ended up getting breakfast from this Cranberry, PA McDonald's at 8:35 AM this morning. Pretty much located in the complex with so many department stores off of I-79. Gee I loved this area 100 percent.♥️ Otherwise the Big Breakfast I had was delicious. We actually had to wait 10 mins inside after ordering online because they were having computer issues according to this young male employee. But the morning employees did a pretty good job this morning, especially when the drive thru and inside of store was extremely busy on a Friday morning ☺️. I definitely admired that young male employee who worked at the counter, he did an extremely good job this morning ☺️. He looked a tiny bit frazzled at the counter, but did an amazing job ☺️. Unfortunately, I was visiting PA for a couple days for the NFL draft and happened to stop at this location. But one day, I will visit this location again ☺️
