  One of the very RUDE ladies here- older, brown hair, literally came up to me yelling that my (fully registered and trained SERVICE- NOT ESA- SERVICE dog had to leave) I had just come home from an appointment, so I don’t have his vest, I do have his card and all of his paperwork however that I am not legally required to show employees everywhere I go- I wasn’t even in the building for more than 5 seconds before she started yelling over everyone that I had to leave. Me holding my service dog in my hands while I walk in and grab a mobile coffee isn’t a crime. With or without his vest he is not a pet. He is a fully trained dog that goes with me everywhere I go. RETRAIN YOUR STAFF- YOU DO NOT APPROACH ANYONE WITH A DOG IN PUBLIC IN THAT MANNER. BECAUSE YOU DO NOT KNOW THEIR DISABILITY AND WE ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WEAR IT ON OUR CHEST FOR YOU. You made ME nervous- you made my dog consider he had to go into work mode and I had to put him in the car creating some confusion for him. This behavior literally has to go. It’s 2026 and this is Dunkin’ Donuts dude!!! Me telling you my dog is a service dog is ALWAYS enough- it doesn’t mean say it to me 5 times LOUDER- it means say “oh okay I understand and we just ask that next time he please have his vest.” I hope you read this comment and genuinely decide to educate yourself because you should feel embarrassed.

  I was under the impression that ordering on the app meant the food would be ready and sitting on the shelf. I ended up standing in the store waiting for an extra ten minutes, all the while my food was sitting right within my view, BEHIND the counter. Absolutely ridiculous. I wasn't the only one having issues this morning, as there were two other people waiting on food who were also upset. As expected, the food was cold and terrible after sitting out for so long. I don't care if this is even because of concern that orders will get stolen. Until the app has an option to place orders for "pickup at the counter" instead of "ready on the shelf", why don't you just do what you advertise instead of screwing up people's breakfasts? Thanks

  I just wanted to give a major shout out to the lady running the mobile and on-the-go orders over the weekends. She slays the mobile counter and is in full on beast mode for hours to ensure all customer orders are timely. I remember working Dunkin drive thru through college (many years ago) but I can’t imagine on the go! Amazing job!

  I went there on a Tuesday morning and bought a dozen of donuts trying to impress a group of people we were meeting. Unfortunately the donuts tasted like they were sitting in the case for 3 days My wife noticed too. No one said anything and I feel bad spending $14 dollars . I ended up eating 3 of them ..

  Kaitlyn was our server. She and Flo were friendly and efficient preparing our order and chatting with us since the store was slow. Great team working there! The store was clean and well stocked.
